    Do you like sports ? What sports do you enjoy doing ? Or do you just lightly excercise here and there ? Watching something in TV doesn't count What a Face But tell us what do you like to watch too.

    OK for me I do excercise at home daily, some light one-hand lifting (5kg weight, ATM), pushups and some other excercises.
    I do box, but only for myself, not competition. Do it everyday, I made my own punchbag, pillow in old backpack (epic !).
    I like watching every martial art, except wrestling. I hate watching football and ice hockey. Baseball and Tennis are cool too.

    I played Varsity Soccer at my High School. I also work out at home usually around night time.

    I use to do Track and Field. I loved doing Long/triple jump and 100 meter dash. ._.; But now my knee is busted.. soo can't do much.

    I also loved yoga, dancing (For fun I don't know any "real" dancing), and I enjoyed Shotokan. Though I do need a new style so I gave up on that.

    As of now, knee is hurting due to cold weather so I don't for see many sports or exercising.

    Hmm thats a interesting thread i suppose xD
    Im into all kind of spots, alot, you name them , basketball, american football, tennis, swimming, voleyball ect.

    Most often we go out with the guys and play street basketball, yeah i know i'm pretty tall also so i can dunk it easy <3
    Also love american football, i was practicing that back in highschool with the team, was a linebacker and did pretty much decently if i may say so myself <3
    And about marial arts, well i was into professaional TaekWondo in my younger days i suppose, junion black belt 2-nd dan, several years winner of the MD and Ukrainean championships but i quit a few years ago and since then i'm just laxing around and having fun with random sports as i get the chance to.

    Right now i'm just concentrating on bodybuilding and jogging to keep myself in better shape you know and generally makes me feel better in my everyday life xP

    I forgot I don't like teamsports, because I hate to depend on some teammate and be blamed If I screw something by teammate. Coach is OK, but not somebody on same level as me.

    That's why I loved track so much. You count on the team to win the entire event, but to win that certain event you have nobody but yourself, unless its like the 4xs. Though that's only like 3 other people.

    I'm the kind of person who doesn't do anything to anyone I don't want to do the same to myself. (Does it make sense ? I'm not native english speaker whatever)
    I hate somebody doing this to me (I hate shame in any form), so I just try not to do these things to others lol

    I usually run/jog and lift weight 3-4 time a week now, just so I can maintain my health, and the occasional pick up basketball/soccer game.

    Back in high school I was in track and field, cross country and wrestling. My x-country team was rank 2nd in California at the time.

    It should, I love DDR and my bf is a crazy beast on it. (He does higher speeds but I'm more accurate!)

    It makes you move, generates a high heart rate, causes sweat, and can build muscle. =3

    BTW: I like his lame elf thingy! D: I want to remove the cig and pet him.

    Indeed it does elevate the heart rate wich is the most basic way to maintain your health in proper shape and yes indeed it does tend to build up muscles in certain areas, mostly on the legs in several places depending what kind of moves you perform and well maybe the abs too but its also dependent xP

    And you could try, i'll try to hold still so you can take the cigar out <3

    To be honest, i've never even tried DDR , well either way i've got enough dancing with the constant parties here happening every week or two xD lol

    4 days a week, 2 hours a day, gym and swim. Being healthy is important and whoever says the contrary doesn't give a poop about him/herself. Surprised
